The project at 11 Mercers Road involved the refurbishment of the first and second floors to modernise and optimise the living spaces, alongside the extension of the roof to create additional usable space and enhance the property’s overall functionality.
The refurbishment included a complete upgrade of the interiors, with new flooring, updated electrical and plumbing systems, and the installation of contemporary fixtures in both the bedrooms and bathrooms. The layout was reconfigured to improve space efficiency and flow, enhancing the comfort of the living areas.
A key part of the project was the extension of the roof, which provided additional headspace on the upper floors. This extension also improved the property’s natural light and ventilation, while offering greater flexibility in the layout.
